Quality Management

Quality is our utmost priority. We therefore have quality audits carried out on our laboratory every six months by the German Society for Clinical Chemistry and Laboratory Medicine. These audits ensure that our laboratory results are exact with a view to all the measurements taken. 
Our clinic has of course been certified according to DIN ISO 9001, and carries out routine audits within the framework of such certification. You can view the certificates at the bottom of this page (german only).

Information Management

In 2004, the Hormon Zentrum München was the first centre of its kind in Germany to go completely digital and become a paperless facility.
We are also voluntarily participating in the pilot project "Electronic Health Card". In such a way we hope to promote networking in the healthcare sector.
